Located in Castlerea Business Park, the project consisted of the design and build refurbishment of a vacant building that was previously occupied by Eircom for our valued client, Tusla Child and Family Agency.  

Designed by award winning Architects Seán Dockry and Associates, with structural design by Lally Associates and M&E design by IN2, the refurbishment works included an external envelope fabric upgrade, new mechanical and electrical systems, and the construction of a Reception area, Consulting/Therapy Rooms, Activity Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Conference Room, Offices and WC facilities, with external works including a Staff Breakout Area, and Amenity Area.

The Connaught Design & Build Team worked closely with the Tusla team to achieve their goal of providing a modern, best in class facility to deliver child and family support services in a welcoming environment for the wider Roscommon area.
