The Valley Healthcare development will deliver a major multi-storey (8 storey over basement with podium slab) Primary Care and Community Healthcare facility in Galway.

The development includes a Primary Care Centre of approximately 9,000 m², together with associated healthcare facilities including a Tusla office building and a National Ambulance Service deployment facility.

Connaught was contracted to for all enabling works and groundworks which included:

 

• Site clearance and compound setup

• Earthworks/excavation and disposal of material off-site

• Rock breaking

• Drainage, ducting and watermains

• Attenuation systems

• Car park fittings

• Footpaths​

All associated works were done to the highest quality of works while maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental issues on-site.
